On June 9th VIVOBAREFOOT held an event at the brand new Farringdon head office, celebrating and exhibiting the illustrations created for our eBook ‘Proprioception: Making Sense of Barefoot Running’. We also showed off the brand new Achilles and Ultras and had a great night all in all. Check out this video to get a taste of how the evening went.
Paddle Round the Pier has come around again and this year Terra Plana decided to join in with the fun.
Paddle Round the Pier was founded in 1996 by Dave ‘Sandals’ Samuel to raise money for charity and provide a social gathering for surfers alike. The free two day charity event takes place on Brighton beach at The Hove Lawns, raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust, Surf Relief & the RNLI Lifeboats. The event takes place on the weekend of July 2nd and 3rd where there will be a huge variety of land and sea based extreme sports exhibitions and demonstrations, two days of music and a retail village to fulfill a great weekend at the beach for families, thrill seekers and plenty of smiley faces. This year offered an overload of splashy fun for every one, with a record breaking 50,000 people expected to visit, making Paddle Round The Pier the largest free beach festival in Europe. Read more…
